There's a lot of room athmosphere, sometimes the question mic is not open at all (for the stream)] [15:09] No more questions. heralds closes session. [15:10] Stream ends --> Nice performance. Speech was easy to follow. @videomixing perhaps show a full shoot early in the beginning @cam1 keep less headspace. the nose should be above the image center. -------- [Hunting the Sigfox: Wireless IoT Network Security] [willimei] -------- [16:07] to early hall picture and sound [16:09] switch to late in; herald introduces the speaker and talk [16:13] speaker starts the talk [16:14] [$Cam1 stay more calm, use break for heigth and damping] [16:19] Camera Picture hide important parts of slide [16:23] to much camera 'shaking' [16:28] good that you show the full screen slides so everything is visible [16:43] talk ends [16:43] no Herold audio at the beginning (only hall athmo) [16:46] zoom while in stream -> better communication mixer <-> Cam [16:47] good decision to take closer shot of speaker and wider one of Herold --> Cam1 be more careful while moving -> quicker reaction but less movement at all, maybe use harder damping MIxer look that no part of the slide content is covered by the speaker picture, become better while the talk -------- [Introduction to Deep Learning] [einsiedlkrebs] -------- [ 17:08 ] Herald starts (organizing stuff ) [ 17:09 ] [$nice widescreen perspective on a question to the audience] [ 17:09 ] [$nice picture in picture] [ 17:09 ] observer PC network interruption [ 17:17 ] [$ nice reaction on the lager space for the presentation [ 17:19 ] [$Camera1 corrects postion on speaker] [ 17:23 ] [$camera1 good framing on slighlty moving speaker] [ 17:28 ] [$camera1 becomes more dynamic, which is good] [ 17:40 ] [$mix+camera1 would be good if position correction of camera1 would be communicated with mixer, so the bit shacky correction would not be seen] [ 17: 44 ] QA starts [ 17: 44 ] [$nice wide shot for hall context.] [ 17:50 ] Talk ends [ 17:51 ] [$heralds ending, could have been could of earlier, wide camera should not been used, during people stand up to leave the hall.] --> Very professional mixing! Camera1 adapted good to some situations, but some more practice would been nice. Camera movements could have been a bit smother. Audio was good as well. [Baltar] Intercom was not available due to technical problems, so communication between mixer and camera was not possible. -------- Hackerethik - Eine Einführung segal -------- [timestamp system time 18:06] herald introduces the speaker and talk [timestamp system time 18:10] speaker starts the talk [timestamp system time 18:15] hands are not really visible and moving outside the frame, camera should go down a little bit [timestamp system time 18:24] camera position too high, should go down a little bit [timestamp system time 18:30] moving out the hand is not good [timestamp system time 18:49] talk ends _____________________________________________________ Venenerkennung Hacken usr16549 ----------------------- 19:07 Stream start, herald visible 19:09 Delayed audience camera switch, but within reasonable reaction time. 19:12 Speaker introduction 19:14 Talk starts 19:14 Camera could soom more into speaker desk, as most of the frame is occupied by the desk 19:15 Good switch to presentation whilst correcting camera 19:16 Very nice switching in anticipation of slide change, slides could have been on screen slightly longer, unneccessary intermediary switch from presentation to single speaker to both speakers 19:28 slightly unfortunate switching when change of slides 19:30 near instantaneous reaction during live demo. Extremely well done 19:32 [audio] of speaker PC fading out too soon 19:33 [audio] cough hearable 19:36 again slightly unfortunate switching approx. one second after slight change. 19:37 Herald prepares for audience questions 19:37 good anticipating switch for answers 19:37 camera zoom during livestream is not neccessarily the best thing to do, but given the limited amount of cameras, this is probably acceptable. 19:43 good camera positioning relative to herald 19:45 severe camera shaking, probably due to stepping on the camera platform 19:51 end of talk 19:52 end of stream 19:-- Overall good selection of input within the context of the presentation with good anticipation of the point at which the next slide is shown. Concluding: Quite professional video mixing and good camera operation. -------- G10, BND-Gesetz und der effektive Schutz vor Grundrechten Fox -------- 20:49 herald introduces the speaker and talk 20:49 nice camera framing 20:51 side by side not useful. should show herald, not speaker - not yet introduced 20:52 audio problem: microphone not open speaker starts the talk 20:52 speaker audio with hall. echo. 20:56 good camera framing for supersource 20:57 should show slide in full frame. speaker refers to his slide. 20:59 too much headroom 21:00 are there super very short audio drop outs? 21:00 cameras seem not to be 100 % synced in white balance 21:05 Helpdesk informed due to white balance mismatch 21:09 close up white balance even worse than few Minutes ago? 21:10 zoom while camera is live, head of speaker not completely in frame 21:14 speaker needs more headroom in supersource 21.16 very good to show slides full frame. makes reading easier 21:17 constant use of supersource makes it difficult - at least for me - to follow the talk with ease. Imho, a moderate use of supersource or side by side is good and has its benefits, to get a more complete feel of what's going on during the talk, like how the speaker acts. A use throught the talk as a main composition makes it harder to follow the talk. Slides should be shown more often in full screen, so that one can read the slides with ease. 21:18 close up framing is too narrow. head is sometimes out of frame 21:23 head of speaker out of frame 21.29 head of speaker too much out of frame 21:30 Q & A starts - herold appears on stage 21.31 close up camera a bit too dark (besides white balance) 21:32 question 2: audio not good, microphone open? 21.33 feet are cut from herald 21:34 head of speaker out of frame 21:38 nice camera framing of speaker, right noderoom .... 21:39 until camera tried to force the speaker in the middle. too less noseroom 21:39 nice camera framing of herald 21:40 head of speaker out of frame 21:43 audio microhphone 2 a bit too low relative to speaker, herald 21:44 audio and video not in sync! 21.44 audio and video not in sync: helpdesk informed 21:46 nice cut: wide view, then to herald. 21.47 nice framing 21.49 nice framing 21:49 talk ends --> Cameras were stable. Framing should be done more precisely. Speaker was sometimes out of frame, watch for headroom. Whitebalance not in sync. There were some audio issues with spuer very short audio drop outs in the beginning. Supersource should not be used throughout the talk. When watching on small screens - like smartphones - it's besser to use the full frame for slides, so one could read it with ease. Supersouce snd side-by-side is great, when used as a mid-thing between full frame speaker and full-frame slide - but that's just my opinion :-) NIce framings at the end of the talk. _____________________________________________________ All Your Gesundheitsakten Are Belong To Us Michos -------- [22:08] herald introduces the speaker and talk [22:09] audio distorted [22:12] speaker starts the talk [22:22] too little headspace [22:44] too little headroom (presumably cam 2) [22:54] too many heads visible on selected cam 3 [22:54] audience question not on stream [22:54] talk ends [23:10] audio issue with audience mic [23:13] stream paused --> nice shot framing, very good and prompt cuts, nice use of picture in picture and side by side. Overall very good work from all. At the end too many heads & faces recognizable cam 3, which was used heavily. IMO please use it less. -------- Polizeigesetze JKO -------- [23:29] herald introduces the speaker and talk [23:31] speakers start the talk [23:38] Audio from laptop first from room microphone, later from laptop [23:40] handled mistakes by speaker really well [23:51] Please make sure not tu cut off body parts of speakers in closeup cam [00:00] Audio from laptop still to late [00:28] talk ends --> Great work! There's pretty much nothing significant to improve, it was great to watch. You handeled some tricky situations really good. The close-up camera sometimes cut off limbs from the second speaker, but I can imagine that the image was hard to frame diffrently. Switching close-up to the speaker was covered by second cam and fast. Great talk, continue like this! -------- Freude ist nur ein Mangel an Information _Lucy_ -------- [00:45] herald introduces the speaker and talk [00:46]speaker starts the talk [00:46] delay between picture and audio ends 00:49 [00:49] late with the photo-slide [00:57] more headroom in close-up would be nice, so his head isn't cut when he steps forward [00:59] Audio could be louder [01:04] problem with the slides and speaker out of picture, but you couldn't do it better in the situation [01:09] stream lags sometimes in changing from slide to camera, stream on the second observing PC is faster [01:14] someone in the crowd says something, speaker responds, but you couldn't hear the first one [01:27] cut head (assume cam2) often too less headspace, could strengthen the break bit more [01:34] slide a moment in picture, then fast cut back [01:49] talk ends, Herald talks, it's nice, please have it in the videos [01:51] maybe don't show the audience here [01:52] speaker on stage again, talk really ends ] ... --> nice cuts to the audience on the right points behind the jokes all in all good work, but here are some points to maybe think about improving: cam 1 often a bit lazy in following the speaker, I know he moves fast sometimes cam 2 always could've had more headspace could have done picture in picture sometimes, the slides made it possible, but it was okay without On Camera 3 there is the traverse with the lights visible on the top, maybe its better to zoom a little in with that one ### capo:Corrected) _____________________________________________________
