[11:30] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[11:31] speaker starts the talk
[11:31] [$there is a lot of distracting reverb]
[11:38] [$a bit of audio/video desync]
[11:39] [$reverb again]
[11:46] [$mouth noises, miscalibrated mic?]
[11:59] Q&A begins
[12:00] [$question initially too quiet]
[12:05] [$buzzing feedback noise]
[12:08] [$some feedback noise with q&a mics]
[] [$]
...

[12:11] talk ends
-->  [reverb made talk hard to understand once or twice, but was quickly  reduced to understandable levels, a/v desync was persistent but not too  bad, questions were often initially quiet(too far from mic?), feedback  noise from q&a mics was initially bad but later reduced an fixed]

[13:07] [$High reverb on mic 5]
[13:09] [$Very bad audio on mic. Hardly understandable]
[13:10] talk ends

-->  [Reverb audible for the most part of the talk, speaker remains  understandable for the entire time. a/v desync was persistently present.  Q&A: Mics mostly ok understandable, once huge background noise ]

[13:30] herald introduces the speaker and talk, seems a bit was cut off and not in the stream. Should probably start earlier.
[13:30] speaker starts the talk. Lots of echo.
[13:37] [Informed people about echo issue]
[13:46] [It seems someone is working on the audio. The echo issue is not really fixed but it is getting better.]
[13:56] [Good chenge to speaker]
[14:00]  [I was still reading the slides and the speaker was still pointing out  things on it when the switch to the speaker was made. Should have stayed  at the slide.]
[14:04] [Focus seems to be on the speaker´s desk and not at the speaker.]
[14:06] [Q/A Starts]
[14:06] [Herald is difficult to undestand]
[14:06] [Does not seem to use mics of people asking questions. The first two were pretty bad.]
[14:07]  [Following the speaker is well done most of the time. Sometimes the  space to which the speaker is looking to could be enlarged.]

[timestamp system time hh:mm] talk ends
-->  [Speaker in PiP should be zoomed in closer. Yes, he´s swaing but not  moving too much to take him closer in. Most of the time the talk is fast  in changing complex slides so there was little chance than to leave it  at PiP or just the slides. There were some missed opportunities to  switch back to speaker, for example at 13:57, 14:03]

[14:30] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[14:30] speaker starts the talk
[14:31] audio video out of sync
[14:35] hand gestures of speaker not fully in frame, better to zoom out a bit
[14:39] speaker looks from the middle outside the frame
[14:45] Good change to slides
[14:49] speaker looks from middle of frame to left side, camera frame should be a little more to the left
[14:51] camera frame is good now, speaker looks to the middle of the frame
[14:52] good camera adjustment
[14:53] good camera change by video mixer
[15:03] Q/A starts
[15:05] good camera change to see herald
[15:06] Audio issues on question from audience
[15:08] agin good camera switch to see herald for question and back to speaker only on answer
[15:09] speaker and herald blury
[15:16] talk ends
-->  [Overall good camera and mixer work. Little audio problems with the  microphnes for questions from the audience. Audio and Video was a bit  out of sync over the whole talk]

[16:09] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[16:10] speaker starts the talk
[16:21] nice use of picture in picture
[16:50] when switching from full-screen slides to pip with slides and speaker, there's a short flicker in the small picture.
[16:56] talk ends
[16:57] audio mixing issues. Signal angel and Q&A mic on stream, but apparently not in room
[16:59] Q&A mic not on stream
[16:59] very wide shot & too much headroom on herald
[17:00]  when doing side-by-side, I would have liked if herald and speaker  "looked" at each other, i.e. put herald on left side, looking right and  speaker on the right and looking left
[17:02] just show the speaker, not the herald wandering around (with bumpy panning)
[17:05] No need to show the herald (in the dark)
[17:12] stream ends
-->
very dark camera image on both cameras in the beginning, fixed later on.
good and timely switching between slides and speaker, nice use of picture in picture and framing of the speaker during the talk.
During Q&A don't overuse side by side and sometimes cameras did not follow the speaker 7 herald moving around.

17:30    herald introduces the speaker and talk
17:30    audio with a lot of hall
17:31    speaker starts the talk
17:31    speaker with a lot of hall
17:36     the slide hasn't much content in the right corner. maybe one could  enable supersource for some time, so one can see the speaker, who wasn't  really present until right up to now
17:39    could be a bit more narrow
17:44     nice supersource. a bit crazy is the white thing on the left. maybe the  camera could be more narrow, so the speaker would be nearer and the  white screen will not be in the field of view
17:45    why was supersource cancelled? There is no intellectual content in the lower right corner
17:47    Great idea to go to single slide view after short side by side
17:50    some short shwitching error betweens two video modes. not a big deal.
17:51    speaker refers to the slide. side-by-side might not be the best idea
18:00    one hears bottles dropping to the ground ... is there any microphone, which could be muted or attenuated?
18:01     why side-by-side? one cannot get any information out of the slide.maybe  be better to show the speaker in full frame or use side-by-side to make  a smooth switch between full frame slides and full frame speaker
18:03    Nice shot, not crispy sharp image of the speaker ... a bit blurry. The golden cat could be completely in the frame.
18:10    Nice, that the cat is completely in the frame ... although field of view could be a bit narrower
18:12    talk ends
18:12    herald talks, slides in the piccture, a bit to less headroom
18:13    too much head room
18:14    audio humm while audio processing
18:16    would it be possible to frame the herald a bit narrower
18:17    stream ends

--> audio with a lof of hall - sound should be more dry
Nice,  that slides were shown, when the speaker talks about the slide, so one  can really get the idea. Nice exposure settings. Image is bright and  sharp. The video mixer adapted to the actual situtation, engages  supersource and side by side when possible and also cancelled it, when  it was necessary to deliver great experience for the stream viewers. Was  a pleasure to follow the talk.

[18:50] Herals open the stage
[18:51 ] [$camera1 framing to much air obove]
[18:53] [$camera1 a bit shaky in reframing]
[18:54] [$mixer presentation would allow picture in picture view]
[18:57] [$camera1 mutli-speaker sessions makes framing the close up difficult]
[19:08] [$camera1 is following (single-) speaker nicely]
[19:11] [$camera1 reframing becomes smoth, good!]
[19:15] [$camera1 seems to be a bit unsharp (focusing the cat, in front of the speaker]
[19:16]  [$mixing, cameras, difficult situation, where both speakers switch quite  often. Well done, by mixing and camera1 and good framing from camera2]
[19:24] talk ends. QA starts
[19:24] [$mix, well choosen total view, during applause]
[19:26] [$very good video mixing during QA]
[19:30] [$camera2 frames (moved) nice smooth]
[19:32] Talk ends
[19:33] [$ organisational stuff after talk could be cut out earlier]

-->  $mixer during presentation picture in pictrure would have been a better  choice, most of the time, $camera1 framed good, but sometime a bit  unsmooth. $camera1 improved a lot during the talk.  communication/intution in the camera/mixer team seemed to work well.

[20:48] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[20:48] $mixer stream starts during sentence
[20:52] speaker starts the talk
[20:52] $camera  switch to speaker was late due to unclear camera movements. $mixer  coordination during switchover from herald to speaker could be improved
[20:52] $camera2 doesn't seems to be level, $camera1 is good
[20:xx] microphon makes noise (perhaps rubbing on the cable). not terrible but annoying. improves during talk
[20:55] $mixing very good mixing choices e.g. PiP on mostly empty slide
[21:15] $camera3 not sharp
[21:28] $mixer reactions to new slides, audience etc. are perfect
[21:xx] $translation_eng translation sounds a bit dull. some smacking noise
[21:48] Q&A
[21:5] Q&A well done
[21:51] talk ends
-->  Team improved very quickly after the start to an excellent level. Talk  would be very nice if there would not be the audio problem. Camera1  could leave a little bit less air above the speaker
@Team FYI Audio went out of sync and stream broke for a moment at the end :_(

[22:10] $herald introduces the speaker and talk
[22:10] $speaker starts the talk
[22:11] [$mixer side-by-side preview does serve no function]
[22:11] [$camera/$mixer  speakers' camera has too much headspace, further zoom would be advised  (although the speaker seems quite fond of his gestures, thus his hand  would wander out of frame. Should one zoom in and risk the hands getting out of picture or should one stay at this setting?)]
[22:12] $stream down
[22:13] $stream restored
[22:14] [$mixer due to quite some content on the slides, side-by-side preview (SBS-eq) is unneccessary]
[22:15] $mixer good anticipating switch
[22:--] [$mixer  very statis setup. This certainly depends on ones own preference,  however, showing full screen slides might be advantageous in this  particular setting]
[22:25] [$mixer strange switching within very short timeframe]
[22:26] [$mixer again, strange switch from SBS-eq to speaker to SBS-equal
[22:27] [$mixer see 22:25]
[22:31] switch to speaker full screen
[22:32] [$mixer reasonable anticipating switch to SBS-eq, but fullscreen presentation would be preferred]
[22:34] [$mixer see 22:25]
[22:xx] [$mixer [22:25] applies to nearly every change of slides]
[22:39] [$mixer  very unfortunate switch to speaker fullscreen directly as he announces  the next slide; the mixer does not seem to follow the presentation]
[22:xx] [$mixer [22:39] does apply to quite a number of slide changes, too]
[22:54] reasonable switch to speaker at a lengthy-ish explanation
[22:55] end of talk
[22:55] [$mixer switch to unpositioned camera. camera repositioning prior to switching]
[22:56] $mixer good anticipating switch to herald, then to speaker.
[22:57] [$mixer for calmness of picture, one might want to omit switching to the herald, but that is personal preference]
[22:58] [$mixer very rapid sequence of switching due to comment of herald]
[timestamp system time hh:mm] talk ends
[23:06] end of Q&A
[23:07] end of stream
-->  [The mixer does seem to have quite the studium for SBS-eq and does take  a very long time to switch to the speaker in fullscreen composition,  resulting in the need for a way-to-soon switch back to the slides (or  SBS-eq) in this case, although the slides contain a significantly  above-average information density, thus leaving the slides in fullscreen  is advisable. During all shots of the speaker, the space above the  speakers' head was way too large on the basis of the mixer introduction,  especially, as the setting for the herald uses the recommended  headspace]
