[11:28] Stream starts, herald introduces the speaker and talk
[11:31] Speaker starts the talk
[11:37] Audio becomes a little bit far away then goes back
[11:47] [$ Image text seems too small for PiP when displaying charts, better use fullscreen in these slides]
[12:03] [$ Full screen should be used when representing images and figures]
[12:13] Speaker ends the talk, starting Q&A session
[12:25] The audience voice is "fading out" during question.
[12:29] The audience voice is "fading out" during question. (Mic #4)
[12:30] Talk ends. Stream stops.

--> Light font for the slide is bad for small screen viewers with low resolution screen (in Stream Observer's situation we have about 7" size of the display, with resolution 718x403), although the text is large enough that can use PiP to represent the view.  Red text on black (especially with light font) reduces readibility, and is against the author's intent to highlight the text content.  The timing of switching to fullscreen close-up is adequate.  Audio quality is great during session, except some audience microphones: gentle hiss from Mic #2, and fadeouts from Mic #4.

12:47    herald makes general announcement
12:50    herald introduces the speaker and talk
12:50    speaker starts the talk
12:50    nice cut from herald to speaker
12:51    great cut to slide. could have been insert a full frame speaker
12:53    great vut to slide full frame, when speaker refers to his slide
12:55    picture-in-picture covers details from slide. while the speaker refers to other details on his slide, I think that#s ok. in genereal i find it better, when nothing on the slide would be covered
12:56    full frame speaker with desk: could have a little bit more nose room on the left side. just a tiny little bit
12:57    again slides are covered with picture-in-picture. speaker had referred to content in the lower right corner.
13:00    as picture-in-picture had coveres contens of the slide, great to have shown the slide in full frame. Great!
13:06    picture-in-picture covers content of the slide! Video mixer might know, that there is no important content below the picture of the speaker, but the viewer cannot decide that. I think, one should show the viewer, that there is no important content. After that ,one can overlay again the picture-in-picture.
13:08    picture-in-picture covers details of the slide! Speaker refers to these thing. Slide should be shown in full frame with lower delay.
13:31    information in the lower right corner of the slide was covered by the picture-in-picture
13.32    pic-in-pic coveres too long infromations on the slide, which the speaker refers to
13:35    pic-in-pic covers content of the slide. was healed after 1..2 seconds
13:38    nice slide and pic-in-pic
13:38    nice cut to heral full frame
13:38    speaker could have more noseroom, focus was driftting
13:39    audio from internet could have been activated a bit further
13:41    nice cut to herald and back to the speaker
13:44    again nice cut to herald and speaker
13:44    audio from microphone #3 not consistent
13:45    nice cut to herald again and speaker
13:45    high frquency humm on audience microphone
13:48    audio from audience hall activated? some hall effects short time
13.49    nice cut to herald
13:50     talk ends .. .very harsh cut to the break video

talk ends
--> Camera: Sharp and stable images. Videomixing was adapted on situation.
Sometimes  there should be a more proactive mixing. Great to hatve picture-in-pictuer whenever is possible and no content of the slides is covered. Picture-in-picture mode should be ended, when information is coveres with "higher decision speed".
Besides that, a very calm and consistent video mixing which supports the talk. Audio was great! Just some very tiny issues, when the audio of the microphone was not activated just spot on or the volume of the microphone showed some fading (like at 13:44).

/!\ Again very load in VOC. Hard to copy the stream. Think closed headphone would be great.

[14:11] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[14:11] nice with both cameras
[14:11] speaker starts the talk, audio too silent
[14:12] Audio better now
[14:17] again nice with two cams in side by side
[14:23] audio was too silent in the beginning of the video
[14:24] maybe you could improve cutting when they change the speaker using always the same way, the first was good
[14:28] here pic in pic covered content
[14:34] short problem with audio
[14:35] problem with audio
[14:44] too slow in cutting to the slides, not so good hearing the loughs when you don't see why
[14:52] changing in volume
[15:03] Q&A starts
[15:08] Questionmic is turning silent while asking
[15:10] better to cut to the herald than move the camera in this moment
[15:11] talk ends, please do not show cam 3 when crowd lights are on, better have the tree of them on one camera an then cut to the fourth on the other cam

--> [Conclusion here] cutting was good, just some small things camera tracking good, just [14:11-14:23] closeup camera could have zoomed in a little more and the cams had too much headroom sometimes

16:10 herald makes general announcement/translation ??? irgendwas auf französisch?
16:11 herald introduces the speaker and talk
16:11 speakers (2) start the talk
16:11nice close ups,
16:13 good switch to full slide and small spekers close up (both, which is very good - I just dislike the cut at the armwrists from one of the speakers)
- very loud in the VOC centre!!!
16:14 nice fix, now hands of speaker two not cut off anymore, very good pip
16:16 nice switch to the acutal speker close up - which is good as the second is passive, maybe both heads would be better to show than a head flipping in/out the picture
16:17 face of speaker 2 sometimes cut off, comes in and out - , now fixed, only speaker 1 close up, much better
17:18 both close up, nice
16:19 nice pip - I would take the close up with both in the small pip-picture - it looks not so nice to have only one speaker and so much black screen and sometimes a head bouncing in and out, now ok
16:20 I would take pip not the small picutre next to the slide
16:21 only slide - ok, but not necessary - now small picture although more text on slide - now speaker close up, which is very nice (both)
16:22 I would prefer to have the slide bigger as the small picture would not cover the slide (anything important on the slide)
16:22 nice that there are both speaker in the small picture - I like that more, by the way - audio is good
16:23 nice close up of acutal speaker! , switch to slide big screen, speaker little screen - would prefer to see both, as you can hear both (comments, respiration, laughter...)
16:25 here it is very good to see the close up of the speaker - maybe because the slides are too packed, that you can't really read it
16:27 nice close up both speakers - nice switch to pip - prefer that over the less overlay pip
16:28 Entfernung second picuture (little one) too late - overlay of info
16:28 switch from full slide to small picture speaker next to slide (less overlay) - very good here, but I would prefer both speakers, as they interact sometimes
16:29 nice close up both speakers - now pip, also very nice to see both!
16:30 nice removal of small picture - little fast camera angel switches close up, big slide/ little picture....
16:31 nice close up, switch to pip, also nice (both speakers in the small window)
16:32 close up to one speaker, change to both - I would prefer both as they really interact a lot - less switches would be more "relaxing"
16:32 overlay of small window and slide-information! - change to little window less overlay - nice!
16:34 nice switch to close up both speakers, nice to also have the hands of both speakers!
16:35 switch to big slide/small picture - very good - here very good close up for one of the speakers - here I like it
16:38 nice close up both speakers - nice, as second speaker also commented shortly, back to big slide/little picutre
16:39 close up both speakers, nice (audio still good)
16:40 I do not like the switch to camera 3 (audience) - too short laughter and I don´t understand the switch, back to close up and big slide/ little speaker
16:41 close up both, back big slide/little speaker both - (which I like)
16:42 nice close up to acutal speaker - very nice (I also like the unicorn-winkekatze ^^)
16:43 pip - acutal speaker in small frame - nice - fast switch to audience, then back to big slide/little (acutal) speaker - was good, smooth
16:45 I don't understand the audience-frames as here we should explicitly not show the audience(?) at the beginning, when she asked, who bought bla (hand signs) I understand the frame, but only because there is applause, I don't understand
16:46 again - why? inbetween pip and  big slide/little (acutal) speaker - little fast changes (til 47)
16:47 switches between big slide/little (acutal) speaker and pip and close up
16:48 nice switch in the little picture between close ups to both speakers, but too long shot of second speaker - better: both
16:49ff again audience - why? switches to slide/little screen and audience
16:51 too late switch to both speakers - then nice close up both - full slide
16:52 back to herald - ending - back to close up both speaker, back to herald, full end slide (why?) very aprupt ending during heralds speaking
16:52 herald ends talk

--> all in all very good - steady camera. Sometimes too many switches - especially at the end some audience-shots without me understanding, why. Audio very good. no Q&A (talk duration) - very nice the big slides/small speaker shots - sometimes I would have wished to see both as they interacted a lot. Again thank you all for your excellent work! :-)

17:08 - accidental stream unblank?
17:11 - stream unblank, herald intro
17:11 - speakers start
17:12 - audio echoy - sounds like an audience/room mic is unmuted? also scratching, though may be from 2nd presenter
17:13 - perhaps too long on looping atm video, could have cut back to speakers after a few loops
17:15 - camera framing on presenters could be tighter
17:16 - good pip removing when appropriate :)
17:17 - camera framing much better
17:17 - perfect cut to video :)
17:18 - Feedback for speakers - ask them to remove earrings with headset mic, this seems to be causing the scratching/rubbing noise
17:20 - nice camera shot of just 2nd presenter while he is talking
17:24 - very nice timing of audience shot
17:27 - shot of both presenters could be tighter again. lots of wasted space
17:28 - Very nice cut from both presenters to slides with pip of left presenter!
17:32 - perhaps lingered a little long on the audience shot
17:33 - pip could have been added sooner, though maybe mixer was not sure if it would fit (it did ;))
17:37 - pip obscures bottom of slide image verz slightly
17:38 - that image will haunt my dreams
17:40 - speaker finishes
17:41 - questions start
17:42 - nice and timley cut to herald, and tracking of the herald very good
17:45 - shot of herald a little late to pan
17:46 - talk ends slightly late stream blank, got portion of herald talking about scooters

Overall very well produced talk. VMixing spot on and camera shots good, though could be a little tighter on the shot of both speakers. Main comment would be with audio - scratching/bumping noise seemed to be coming from left presenter's earrings so worth communicating to stage management to ask presenter to remove them if possible. Also audio in general quite echoy - I know the room is like that but I'd expect headset mics to pick up less room noise. This may just be unavoidable :) thank you all

[1811] stream starts a tad late
[1811] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[1811] speaker starts the talk
[1813] second slide on too short
[1814] weird slide view - showing slide shown before but cutting next slide short just to show it a bit later again
[1814] unneccessary overuse of center cam
[1815] center cam aimed a bit too low
[1819] no use of slide and speaker views in this slide-heavy talk
[1820] hall view for no reason
[1821] cam2 use in frame by frame - should be cam1
[1837] use of cam2 for slide/cam view again
[1839] good use of slide/cam1 view, then unneccessary cut to center cam
[1840] hall cam for no reason (completey silent crowd, no movement or anything)
[1844] speaker finishes, Q&A starts
[1844] use of hall cam to follow the speaker
[1847] use of center cam for the herald, instead of the unused cam1
[1851] talk ends, cam 2 on speaker, stream shut down 10 seconds late.

--> Static speaker with fast changing, informative heavy slides caused the video mixer to feel like they had to switch views a lot even tho that was absolutely uneccessary. most helpful view would have be static side by side view slides/cam1. Overuse of mixing caused parts of the Talk to feel really hectic

[19:06] stream starts
[19:10] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[19:11] speaker starts the talk
[19:11] would have been nice to see the gesture by the words "this big"
[19:15] there is something like a sough on the audio background
[19:20]  this slide is with very small writing, maybe go on full screen with that for people watching the talk on smartphone
[19:23]  again very small writing, better full screen
[19:24] person walking through, also the frame with speakers full body is not really nice
[19:44] herald is not sharp
[19:46] think the herald is not so important to have him side by side during the whole Q&A
[19:52] talk ends

--> Conclusion
Camera work was mostly good, the speaker didn't give much for interesting pictures except during Q&A
a bit early to start the stream at 19:06, cause just nothing happens the next five minutes, look at the clock when the talk is supposed to start, they're normaly not five minutes early
as he has mostly pictures on his slides you could put the camera picture more often completely over the slides insted of having it on the side and giving so much space to the logo and the frame
This was just a heavy slided talk so you could'nt do much
As the herald gave him the handmicrophone, i realized the sound before was not so good, but it was better in stream than in the room i assume

[21:42] Good paced cut to split screen
[21:45] Speaker referring to slides, slides not visible
[21:51] Speakers finish
[21:52] Late cut to Herald, Herald announcements still in stream
[21:53] talk ends

--> Conclusion here
Visual/ Slides dependant Talk that admits few cuts to speakers.
Video visible in total (good)
Fast paced slides rarely allowed to show only speakers in fullscreen
It felt like lazy cutting but was "alternativlos"

23:11 herald introduces the speaker and talk
23:11 very nice close ups, nice switch between herald and speaker
23:13 speaker starts the talk
23:13 nice switches between big slide/small speaker and close up speaker
23:14 nice switch between full slide and import small frame speaker in it, also long enough time for reading the slide before switch to close up :-)
23:16 really good camera position of big slide and small speaker window, also, close up looks good, sound is good
23:17 nice switch from full speaker close up to full slide - very smooth - also nice switch back to close up and back to full slide and then again import of small window of speaker close up
23:18 very smooth change of the full slide/small speaker window and closeup speaker always on time when the slide changes
23:20 again very smooth changes, very good to follow in the livestream :-)
23:21 again - very loud in the VOC room!
23:23 very nice full screen - very smooth stream to watch! :-)
23:23/24 very smooth switch from "was tun?" to close up speaker - on point! :-)
23:28 again very nice transitions between slides, big slide/small speaker and close up of the speaker - it is easy to follow (sound still good)
23:29 maybe small speaker-window? there is enough space for it (ah, ok, I see - seems, that the mixer knows the slides before)
23:30 little "mistake" small window for very short amount of time over the video, but he deleted the small window instantly
23:30 not good - small window with speaker overlays the google-picutres, which I dislike. here I would prefer full slide solo (next slides also)
23:31 smooth switch from closeup speaker to video full screen
23:32 I dislike this composition of big slide and small speaker with less overlay - here only full slide would have been better
23:33 nice only closeup speaker and then again smooth big slide, little speaker (pip), works good with his slides
23:34 I don't understand the switch to full audience(cam 3)? why?
23:34 big slide - works good here, also with little speaker closeup window - nice
23:36 I like that the small window was removed as there was a picture overlay
23:36 nice blending in the small window again - works good here,
23:37 nice transition to close up again
23:38 nice back to full slide and blending in the small speaker window
23:40 nice transition back to closeup
23:40 speaker finishes
23:40 Q&A starts
23:40 sound is bad now, first question was with Hall and first secs of speaker was like backloop; I missed the herald close-up
23:41 nice close up of herald and info for sound :-)
23:42 nice switch back to speaker
23:42 nice switch back to herald and back to speaker - nice camera angels
23:44  sound again not good (mikro 4)
23:45  sound bad (mikro 5, also bad of herald - summen?!) - I did not like the audience shot, because it is not compleatly dark in the room.
23:46 summen ist wieder weg, Mikro 6 sound was good, good shots of herald and then speaker closeup again
23:47 signal-angel sound is not perfect, but better as Saalmikrofone. (don't know in English - room microphone?)
23:48 sound is ok
23:49 generally spoken - the room mics are not too good
23:52 nice final shots. talk ends
23:52 herald makes general announcements - hard cut in her sentence - not smooth

--> in total very, very good. Sound at the end (Q&A) partly bad. I am not a fan of showing the audience, especially, when I don't understand, why. His slides were perfect for showing them with the little speaker window, which was a really good choice for like 90% of his talk. Very smooth transitions also to close-ups. At the picture slides I would have preferred to not show the small speaker window. Finish was not good, because there was like half a sentence of the herald during the cut off, so this was not a smooth ending. Overall however really good, thank you all very much for your work! :-)
Thank you for the feedback  :-)

[01:09] herald introduces the presenter and talk, the stream began in the middle of the sentence, audience announcements are in the stream
[01:11] harald shown in camera 2 - nice, then to cam 3 to show the two presenters, who stand at the very edges of the stage
[01:12] speaker starts the talk
[01:13] camera 1 on the presenter dipped visibly on stream (less head-space)
[01:14] nice switches between closup, total, and room-view (camera 3)
[01:16] switches to slides, when necessary (excel), good
[01:17] two presenters speaking at the same time can be hard to follow in stream (but that is not the fault of the angels)
[01:20] camera angels are visible in camera 3
[01:22] nice switches to camera 3 when the audiences applaudes, really good
[01:23] unfortunately, when the second presenter talks (or makes visual jokes) he isn't visible
[01:24] 10-points applause clips the microphones
[01:25] close-up on the poet might be a bit too close, nice switches between cam 1 und 2 raises the mood
[01:25] close-up is good now, maybe a bit more head-space would be good
[01:30] the second presenter is cut-off
[01:31] the hair of the presenter is cut-off, then the zoom-out is visible in stream
[01:33] good switch between the presenter and the second poet
[01:36] camera 2 could be zoomed in a bit more on the poet, so the black thing is not visible on the bottom right.
[01:38] camera 2 cuts of the hair of the presenter
[01:40] anonymous slammer enters the stage, the slide-feed is shown
[01:42] in excel-view video overlayed over the excel screen could be used (not sure if that preset exists)
[01:46] camera 2 panned too far, when the fourth poet enters the stage
[01:49] I would prefer, that a camera would follow the poet or the presenter when the poet leaves / the presenter enters the stage, instead of switching to cam 3
[01:51] the camera on the presenter is good (enough head-space); then zooms in, removes head-space and visibly zooms in - please hide zooming when possible
[01:56] if possible, camera 2 could zoom in a little bit, so the poet has the same margin to the bottom and top of the frame
[01:59] perfect switching between sources as the audience counts down
[02:04] camera 2 is not centered on the poet
[02:07] again perfect switches between sources when the audience counts down for the score-board
[02:20] the cameras and mixer are doing a good job, good cut-aways, good framing of the poets
[02:21] again the presenter's hair is not fully in frame
[02:27] camera 2 leaves too much space on the left of the poet; but following him on stage was good
[02:33] camera 1 could leave a bit more head-space on Yussef
[02:38] the microphone of the presenter was turned off too early
[02:40] on Pia camera 1 is choosen perfectly, capturing her face and facial expressions very well
[02:48] camera 2(?) could be zoomed in more, so the space to the left and right of the four contestants and the presenter could be minimized
[02:51] before ending the stream - a pan over the contestants would have been swell, but was not really possible

[02:52] slam ends
--> really good work on the cameras and the mixer. Switches when the audience counts down are nice. There were some minor errors with the cameras, but changing the camera's settings for every poet on the fly is very finicky. Switching to camera 3, when the audience applauds, is a good move. Near perfect stream (with some minor nitpicks)
